Job Description:
To audit calls appointment / sale calls
- · To listen in to calls as well as making outgoing calls
- · To share feedback with agents, team leads, process owners
- · To identify, research and resolve issues of not met appointments
- · To recommend & track process improvements
- · To rework rejected cases, make outgoing calls to resolve rework cases
- To maintain MIS & share presentation on the monthly audited calls met ratio & conversion
