Job Description:
- To ensure adherence to recruitment criteria and process set by the company.
- To identify Training Requirement of FLS and handhold via L&D Manager or personally conduct them as and when required..
- Developing new and existing business to its full potential by spending 50% of time establishing customer contact, focussing on sales development, and delivering customer and contract satisfaction.
- Recruiting, hiring, and training sales employees.
- Developing and motivating branch employee performance.
- Communicate and reinforce the corporate vision at the branch level.
- Recruit, guide, train and educate members of the branch financial services team with the focus on best practices related to all internal and external customers.
- Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, as required
